Oc\u00da 266\/2020\/roz.II zo d\u0148a 22.09.2021, ktor\u00e9 nadobudlo pr\u00e1voplatnos\u0165 d\u0148a 03.11.2021.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00da\u010dastn\u00edci konania: <\/strong>fyzick\u00e9 a\u00a0pr\u00e1vnick\u00e9 osoby, ktor\u00fdch vlastn\u00edcke pr\u00e1vo alebo in\u00e9 pr\u00e1vo k\u00a0pozemkom a\u00a0k\u00a0stavb\u00e1m m\u00f4\u017eu by\u0165 rozhodnut\u00edm priamo dotknut\u00e9 v\u00a0konan\u00ed sa upovedomuj\u00fa verejnou vyhl\u00e1\u0161kou.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Obec Horn\u00e1 Mi\u010din\u00e1, <\/strong>zast\u00fapen\u00e1 starostom obce Ivanom Len\u00e1rom, ako vecne a miestne pr\u00edslu\u0161n\u00fd stavebn\u00fd \u00farad v zmysle \u00a7 117 z\u00e1kona \u010d. 50\/1976 Zb. o \u00fazemnom pl\u00e1novan\u00ed a stavebnom poriadku (\u010falej stavebn\u00fd z\u00e1kon), pos\u00fadil a presk\u00famal \u017eiados\u0165 stavebn\u00edka na zmenu stavby pred dokon\u010den\u00edm pod\u013ea \u00a7 68 ods. 2 stavebn\u00e9ho z\u00e1kona v\u00a0spojen\u00ed s \u00a7 46 z\u00e1kona \u010d. 71\/1967 Zb. o\u00a0spr\u00e1vnom poriadku \u00a0a rozhodla takto, stavba:<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201e<\/strong><strong>Rodinn\u00fd dom<\/strong><strong>\u201c,<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>sa pod\u013ea \u00a7 68 stavebn\u00e9ho z\u00e1kona a \u00a7 11 vyhl\u00e1\u0161ky M\u017dP SR \u010d. 453\/2000 Z.z., ktorou sa vykon\u00e1vaj\u00fa niektor\u00e9 ustanovenia stavebn\u00e9ho z\u00e1kona<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>povo\u013euje zmenu stavby pred jej dokon\u010den\u00edm,<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>ktor\u00e1 je umiestnen\u00e1 na pozemkoch parc. \u010d. Horn\u00e1 Mi\u010din\u00e1, v obci Horn\u00e1 Mi\u010din\u00e1, pre stavebn\u00edka Daniela Fin\u010fa, bytom Lazovn\u00e1 1487\/56, 974 01 Bansk\u00e1 Bystrica.<\/p>\n<p>Hlavn\u00fd projektant projektovej dokument\u00e1cie predmetnej stavby je Ing. Stanislava Mikov\u00e1, Lazovn\u00e1 60, 974 01 Bansk\u00e1 Bystrica.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Popis stavby:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Navrhovan\u00e1 stavba predstavuje samostatne stojaci, 5-izbov\u00fd, dvoj-poschodov\u00fd, nepodpivni\u010den\u00fd rodinn\u00fd dom so st\u00e1t\u00edm pre 3 osobn\u00e9 aut\u00e1. P\u00f4dorys je v tvare obd\u013a\u017enika celkov\u00e9ho rozmeru 12,197&#215;9,718m. 2NP je oproti 1NP vysunut\u00e9 smerom na v\u00fdchodn\u00fa a\u00a0ju\u017en\u00fa stranu o\u00a0690mm. Za hlavn\u00fdm vstupom do objektu sa na 1NP nach\u00e1dza predsie\u0148 z\u00a0ktorej sa vch\u00e1dza do hlavnej spolo\u010denskej \u010dasti &#8211; ob\u00fdva\u010dky s kuchy\u0148ou a\u00a0jed\u00e1l\u0148ou. T\u00e1 je umiestnen\u00e1 v ju\u017enej \u010dasti dispoz\u00edcie. Severne bude hos\u0165ovsk\u00e1 izba a\u00a0k\u00fape\u013e\u0148a a\u00a0technick\u00e1 miestnos\u0165. Schody s\u00fa jednoramenn\u00e9 s\u00a018 schodiskov\u00fdmi stup\u0148ami a nach\u00e1dzaj\u00fa sa v\u00a0strednej \u010dasti dispoz\u00edcie. Dispoz\u00edciu na druhom podla\u017e\u00ed tvor\u00ed master suite (sp\u00e1le\u0148 s\u00a0prechodn\u00fdm \u0161atn\u00edkom a\u00a0samostatnou k\u00fape\u013e\u0148ou) a\u00a0detsk\u00fd svet (dve samostatn\u00e9 detsk\u00e9 izby so spolo\u010dnou k\u00fape\u013enou) Chodbov\u00fd priestor na 2NP komunika\u010dne sp\u00e1ja 1NP s\u00a0master suite, detskou \u010das\u0165ou a\u00a0v\u00fdchodom na zadn\u00fa terasu. Strecha domu bude ploch\u00e1 s\u00a0celoplo\u0161n\u00fdm sp\u00e1dovan\u00edm na z\u00e1padn\u00fa stranu. Celkov\u00e1 v\u00fd\u0161ka objektu bude 6,615m. \u00darove\u0148 podlahy \u00b10,000 sa nach\u00e1dza na \u00farovni BPV 455,22 m.n.m. Fas\u00e1da domu bude preva\u017ene biela omietka. Na v\u00fdchodn\u00fa a\u00a0ju\u017en\u00fa fas\u00e1du bude na 1NP pou\u017eit\u00e1 imit\u00e1cia tmav\u00e9ho kame\u0148a a na 2NP v \u010dastiach medzi oknami dreven\u00fd obklad. Okn\u00e1 a exteri\u00e9rov\u00e9 dvere s\u00fa navrhnut\u00e9 hlin\u00edkov\u00e9 s izola\u010dn\u00fdm trojsklom.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u0160\u00edrka z\u00e1kladov\u00fdch p\u00e1sov je navrhnut\u00e1 500mm a\u00a0h\u013abka pre z\u00e1klady obvodov\u00fdch stien je 1,20m pod \u00farove\u0148 upraven\u00e9ho ter\u00e9nu. Z\u00e1kladov\u00e1 \u0161k\u00e1ra mus\u00ed by\u0165 minim\u00e1lne 500mm v\u00a0rastlom ter\u00e9ne. Podkladn\u00e9 bet\u00f3ny pod podlahy bud\u00fa hr\u00fabky 150mm uroben\u00e9 z\u00a0bet\u00f3nu B20, vystu\u017een\u00e9 sie\u0165ovinou s\u00a0okami 150x150mm, \u00d86x6mm. Pod podkladn\u00fdmi bet\u00f3nmi mus\u00ed by\u0165 dostato\u010dne \u00fanosn\u00e1, hutnen\u00e1 zemina. V\u00a0\u010dasti novostavby rodinn\u00e9ho domu, kde nie je obytn\u00fd suter\u00e9n, je nutn\u00e9 podkladn\u00e9 bet\u00f3ny ulo\u017ei\u0165 na vrstvu n\u00e1sypu, preto je nutn\u00e9 tieto n\u00e1sypy hutni\u0165 po vrstv\u00e1ch hr.200mm, alebo podkladn\u00fd bet\u00f3n vystu\u017ei\u0165 ako stropn\u00fa dosku, ulo\u017een\u00fa na z\u00e1kladov\u00e9 p\u00e1sy, ktor\u00e9 bud\u00fa ulo\u017een\u00e9 na z\u00e1kladov\u00e9 p\u00e1sy zalo\u017een\u00e9 do rastlej, dostato\u010dne \u00fanosnej zeminy. Ako hydroizol\u00e1cia domu proti zemnej vlhkosti s\u00fa navrhnut\u00e9 hydroizola\u010dn\u00e9 asfaltov\u00e9 p\u00e1sy a hydroizola\u010dn\u00fd asfaltov\u00fd n\u00e1ter. Hydroizol\u00e1cia bude aplikovan\u00e1 na horn\u00fa hranu z\u00e1kladovej dosky.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Zvisl\u00e9 nosn\u00e9 kon\u0161trukcie zapusten\u00e9ho zasypan\u00e9ho pr\u00edzemia stavby 1NP bud\u00fa tvoren\u00e9 nosn\u00fdmi \u017eelezobet\u00f3nov\u00fdmi obvodov\u00fdmi nosn\u00fdmi stenami. Nosn\u00e9 \u017eelezobet\u00f3nov\u00e9 obvodov\u00e9 steny stavby pod \u00farov\u0148ou upraven\u00e9ho ter\u00e9nu s\u00fa navrhnut\u00e9 ako \u017eelezobet\u00f3nov\u00e9 armovan\u00e9 steny hr.300mm a bud\u00fa vystu\u017een\u00e9 kon\u0161truk\u010dnou beton\u00e1rskou v\u00fdstu\u017eou a\u00a0zaliate bet\u00f3nom pevnostnej triedy B30. Zasypan\u00e9 steny musia prenies\u0165 vodorovn\u00e9 silov\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinky od tlaku zeminy v\u00a0pokoji. Vn\u00fatorn\u00e9 steny s\u00fa navrhnut\u00e9 tie\u017e ako \u017eelezobet\u00f3nov\u00e9 steny hr\u00fabky 200mm. Obvodov\u00e9 prie\u010dky na 2NP bud\u00fa vyhotoven\u00e9 stavebn\u00fdm syst\u00e9mom FrameTECH z tenkostenn\u00fdch oce\u013eov\u00fdch c-profilov rozmeru 89&#215;41 a\u00a0hr\u00fabkach 1,15 a 1,55mm montovanej sendvi\u010dovej kon\u0161trukcie vyplnenej polotvrdou striekanou PUR izol\u00e1ciou s\u00a0uzavretou bunkovou \u0161trukt\u00farou. Opl\u00e1\u0161ten\u00e9 bud\u00fa z\u00a0interi\u00e9rovej strany univerz\u00e1lnym sadrokart\u00f3n Knauf Diamant hr.12,5mm, z\u00a0exteri\u00e9rovej strany je pou\u017eit\u00e1 kon\u0161truk\u010dn\u00e1 doska OSB P+D 12mm. Deliace prie\u010dky s\u00fa vyplnen\u00e9 m\u00e4kkou striekanou PUR izol\u00e1ciou s\u00a0otvorenou bunkovou \u0161trukt\u00farou opl\u00e1\u0161ten\u00e9 sadrokart\u00f3nom Knauf diamant hr.12,5mm. Oporn\u00e9 m\u00fary\u00a0 s\u00fa navrhnut\u00e9 tak, aby zachytili vodorovn\u00e9 tlaky zeminy upraven\u00e9ho ter\u00e9nu za oporn\u00fdm m\u00farom. Nako\u013eko ter\u00e9n v mieste navrhovan\u00e9ho oporn\u00e9ho m\u00faru sa zva\u017euje v miernom svahu, oporn\u00fd m\u00far bude zachyt\u00e1va\u0165 r\u00f4zne v\u00fd\u0161ky n\u00e1sypu (od 0,0m-2,85m) a t\u00fdm je vhodn\u00e9 plynule meni\u0165 aj rozmery oporn\u00e9ho m\u00faru.\u00a0\u00a0 Oporn\u00fd m\u00far je navrhnut\u00fd ako uholn\u00edkov\u00fd oporn\u00fd m\u00far, ktor\u00fd stabilizuje proti preklopeniu aj vlastn\u00e1 tia\u017e zeminy za oporn\u00fdm m\u00farom. Navrhujem dilatova\u0165 oporn\u00fd m\u00far ka\u017ed\u00fdch 12,00 m vlo\u017een\u00edm dilat\u00e1cie. Za stenou oporn\u00e9ho m\u00faru je nutne vyhotovi\u0165 funk\u010dn\u00fa dren\u00e1\u017enu vrstvu s odvodnen\u00edm, aby bolo zabr\u00e1nen\u00e9 za\u0165a\u017eovaniu oporn\u00e9ho m\u00faru hydrostatick\u00fdm tlakom st\u013apca vody za stenou oporn\u00e9ho m\u00faru. Teleso oporn\u00e9ho m\u00fara pozost\u00e1va zo z\u00e1kladovej dosky,\u00a0 a steny oporn\u00e9ho m\u00fara, ktor\u00e9 s\u00fa navz\u00e1jom prepojen\u00e9 viazanou beton\u00e1rskou v\u00fdstu\u017eou. Pri realiz\u00e1cii a bet\u00f3novan\u00ed oporn\u00e9ho m\u00fara vznikne medzi stenou a z\u00e1kladovou doskou pracovn\u00e1 \u0161k\u00e1ra. Je nutn\u00e9 dba\u0165, aby t\u00e1to \u0161k\u00e1ra bola d\u00f4kladne o\u0161etren\u00e1 a zdrsnen\u00e1 a aby sa pri bet\u00f3novan\u00ed steny do nej nedostali ne\u010distoty.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Nov\u00e9 stu\u017euj\u00face obvodov\u00e9 a\u00a0vn\u00fatorn\u00e9 monolitick\u00e9 \u017eelezobet\u00f3nov\u00e9 vence a prievlaky. Na vence aj dosku nad suter\u00e9nom je navrhnut\u00fd bet\u00f3n pevnostnej triedy B30. Do vencov je navrhnut\u00e1 v\u00fdstu\u017e 10505-R. Krytie v\u00fdstu\u017ee bet\u00f3nom vo vencoch je 20mm. V\u00fdstu\u017e vencov v\u00a0rohoch je potrebn\u00e9 d\u00f4kladne previaza\u0165. Nosn\u00e1 kon\u0161trukcia stropu nad pr\u00edzem\u00edm je navrhnut\u00e1 ako \u017eelezobet\u00f3nov\u00e1 stropn\u00e1 doska ukladan\u00e1 na\u00a0 obvodov\u00e9\u00a0 a vn\u00fatorn\u00e9 nosn\u00e9 steny.\u00a0 Stropn\u00e1 doska bude vyarmovan\u00e1 v\u00fdstu\u017en\u00fdmi vlo\u017ekami z\u00a0ocele 10505-R. Bet\u00f3n bude pevnostnej triedy B30. Krytie v\u00fdstu\u017en\u00fdch vlo\u017eiek bet\u00f3nom bude min.20mm. Strop 2NP je navrhnut\u00fd ako z\u00e1vesn\u00fd sadrokart\u00f3nov\u00fd. Stre\u0161n\u00e1 nosn\u00e1 kon\u0161trukcia je navrhnut\u00e1 stavebn\u00fdm syst\u00e9mom FrameTECH z tenkostenn\u00fdch c-profilov priehradovej v\u00e4zn\u00edkovej kon\u0161trukcie vyplnenej m\u00e4kkou striekanou PUR izol\u00e1ciou hr.300mm. Z\u00a0exteri\u00e9rovej strany je oce\u013eov\u00fd nosn\u00fd syst\u00e9m zateplen\u00fd proti prem\u0155zaniu sp\u00e1dov\u00fdm EPS 150S s\u00a0minim\u00e1lnou hr.100mm.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Obvodov\u00e9 murivo bude zateplen\u00e9 kontaktn\u00fdm zatep\u013eovac\u00edm syst\u00e9mom ETICS na b\u00e1ze fas\u00e1dneho EPS 70F hr. 150mm. Ako v\u00fdpl\u0148ov\u00e1 izol\u00e1cia vo vn\u00fatri st\u013apikovej kon\u0161trukcie PUR m\u00e4kk\u00e1 hr. 9cm s\u00a0otvorenou bunkovou \u0161trukt\u00farou. Strecha bude medzi priehradov\u00fdmi nosn\u00edkmi zateplen\u00e1 m\u00e4kkou PUR izol\u00e1ciou s\u00a0otvorenou bunkovou \u0161trukt\u00farou hr.300mm, z\u00a0ext. strany sp\u00e1dov\u00fdm EPS 150S hr. 100mm.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Vn\u00fatorn\u00e1 spla\u0161kov\u00e1 kanaliz\u00e1cia odv\u00e1dza spla\u0161kov\u00e9 vody do novo-navrhovanej kanaliza\u010dnej \u0161achty d 600 mm R\u01601, R\u01602.. Pr\u00edpojka (veden\u00e9 z rodinn\u00e9ho domu k existuj\u00facemu potrubiu pr\u00edpojky spla\u0161kovej kanaliz\u00e1cie) je rie\u0161en\u00e1 ako gravita\u010dn\u00e1 v sp\u00e1de min. 2%. Gravita\u010dn\u00e9 kanaliza\u010dn\u00e9 potrubie je navrhnut\u00e9 z materi\u00e1lu PVC triedy SN 8. Vn\u00fatorn\u00e1 spla\u0161kov\u00e1 kanaliz\u00e1cia odv\u00e1dza spla\u0161kov\u00e9 vody do rev\u00edznej kanaliza\u010dnej \u0161achty R\u01601 a R\u01602 d 600, umiestnenej na pozemku investora, odkia\u013e s\u00fa spla\u0161kov\u00e9 vody veden\u00e9 do verejnej kanaliz\u00e1cie. Pripojovacie potrubia odv\u00e1dzaj\u00fa spla\u0161kov\u00e9 vody od jednotliv\u00fdch zaria\u010fovac\u00edch predmetov do zvisl\u00e9ho odpadov\u00e9ho potrubia. Pripojovacie potrubia bud\u00fa veden\u00e9 v prie\u010dkach objektu, v podlahe pr\u00edp. v priestore za zaria\u010fovac\u00edmi predmetmi a sp\u00e1dovan\u00e9 v min. sklone 3% smerom k\u00a0odpadov\u00e9mu potrubiu. Zvisl\u00e9 odpadov\u00e9 potrubie zv\u00e1dza spla\u0161kov\u00e9 vody od pripojovac\u00edch potrub\u00ed do zvodov\u00e9ho potrubia. St\u00fapa\u010dka K1, K2 a K3 bude vyveden\u00e1 nad strechu rodinn\u00e9ho domu a ukon\u010den\u00e1 vetracou hlavicou. Ka\u017ed\u00e1 st\u00fapa\u010dka kanaliz\u00e1cie bude nad podlahou opatren\u00e1 \u010distiacim kusom. Zvodn\u00e9 kanaliza\u010dn\u00e9 potrubie bude veden\u00e9 v zemi a napojen\u00e9 do existuj\u00facej pr\u00edpojky, ktor\u00e1 je priveden\u00e1 na pozemok. Pripojovacie a odpadn\u00e9 potrubia bud\u00fa vyhotoven\u00e9 z HT syst\u00e9m (siv\u00e9 potrubie). Le\u017eat\u00e1 kanaliz\u00e1cia ulo\u017een\u00e1 v zemi bude z KG-Syst\u00e9mu (PVC) veden\u00e1 v sp\u00e1de. Potrubie uklad\u00e1me na pieskov\u00e9 l\u00f4\u017eko hr\u00fabky 100 mm. Obsyp potrubia navrhujeme z\u00a0prehodenej zeminy, minim\u00e1lne 100 mm nad vonkaj\u0161\u00ed obvod potrubia. Zvy\u0161ok ryhy sa zasype vy\u0165a\u017eenou zeminou.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Vodovodn\u00e1 pr\u00edpojka sl\u00fa\u017ei na z\u00e1sobovanie rodinn\u00e9ho domu pitnou vodou z existuj\u00facej vodovodnej pr\u00edpojky (privedenej na pozemok investora), ktor\u00e1 je napojen\u00e1 z verejn\u00e9ho vodovodu. Od bodu napojenia (exist.potrubia vodovodnej pr\u00edpojky) vedie rozvod do typovej plastovej vodomernej \u0161achty (vn\u00fatorn\u00e9 rozmery 1,2&#215;0,9&#215;1,5). V \u0161achte bude osaden\u00e1 vodomern\u00e1 zostava s\u00a0vodomerom MNQn 2,5 a pr\u00edslu\u0161n\u00fdmi armat\u00farami. Navrhovan\u00e1 \u010das\u0165 vodovodnej pr\u00edpojky je z potrubia HDPE, PE100, SDR11, (PN10) &#8211; D32. Celkov\u00e1 d\u013a\u017eka pr\u00edpojky od rodinn\u00e9ho domu po vodomern\u00fa \u0161achtu je cca 13,3 m. Na potrub\u00ed bude pre mo\u017enos\u0165 bud\u00facej lokaliz\u00e1cie potrubia ulo\u017een\u00fd vyh\u013ead\u00e1vac\u00ed vodi\u010d CYKY 2*4,5 mm2, vyveden\u00fd do poklopov uz\u00e1verov alebo hydrantov. Potrubie veden\u00e9 v zemi bude ulo\u017een\u00e9 na pieskovom l\u00f4\u017eku hr. 100 mm a obsypan\u00e9 pieskom hr. 200 nad vrchol r\u00fary. Vo v\u00fd\u0161ke 200 mm nad potrub\u00edm bude polo\u017een\u00e1 v\u00fdstra\u017en\u00e1 f\u00f3lia.
